Crumbl Cookies plans to open its first permanent St. Johns County location at Cobblestone Village off State Road 312.

The cookie chain will occupy a 1,260-square-foot storefront in Suite 103 at the Publix-anchored shopping center at 305 SR 312 in St. Augustine. The St. Johns Citizen first reported the lease, citing a leasing flyer for the center. Crumbl already operates a food truck at the complex.

St. Johns County issued a sign permit for the location Aug. 24 at a cost of $2,500, the Jacksonville Daily Record reported. Clearwater-based SignSource is the installer.

The suite previously housed Hues Hair Salon and, before that, Merle Norman Cosmetics. A leasing flyer lists Crumbl as the center's 24th tenant, according to the Daily Record.

Cobblestone Village totals 274,200 square feet and is managed by Brixmor Property Group. The center's anchor tenants include Bealls Outlet, Burlington, Petco and Michaels. The shopping center draws an estimated 3.8 million annual visits, according to Brixmor's property listing citing Placer.ai data from 2025. More than 28,000 vehicles pass the site daily on SR 312, according to Kalibrate traffic data cited in the same listing.

Crumbl was founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah, by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley. The chain has grown to more than 1,000 bakeries nationwide and operates four Jacksonville-area locations in Beach Haven, San Marco, Mandarin and Oakleaf.

The company has roughly 10.9 million TikTok followers and 6.3 million on Instagram, according to the St. Johns Citizen. Its weekly "flavor drop" videos promote a rotating menu of oversized cookies sold in the chain's signature pink boxes.

Crumbl bakeries typically operate from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with hours extended to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The chain is closed Sundays.

No opening date for the Cobblestone Village location has been announced. Crumbl's food truck continues to operate at the site.
